How To Target Your Audience
Target Market is a group of customers with shared demographics and psychographics who have been identified as the most likely buyers of a company’s product or service.

Parents
Kids
Etc.

Segment your market into smaller groups of people who share similar psychographics, beliefs, values, goals using more labels to create target audiences.
Psychographics: is the study of consumers based on their activities, interests, and opinions

The more you segment your audience the more targeted your audience becomes. A very targeted audience creates the feeling that your business is the only business in that market space serving your target audience. This is why it is so important to know your target audience, know what they desire and need and then build your business to serve those needs and a greater purpose for sustainability.
Unique businesses have no competition because they cannot be compared to. Unique means being the only one of its kind; unlike anything else.

Be sure to research your target audience and customer profiles thoroughly. I cannot stress this enough. You should feel as though you know your customers better than they know themselves. You must know the dreams, desires, fears, problems, pain points, purchasing habits, activities, story, language, motivations, attitudes, values, opinions, beliefs, feelings, priorities and goals. Customer clarity requires The most successful brands understand their customers and their customers understand their brand.
